Just after 1pm Liverpool Truck 2 was requested mutual aid to the Moyers Corners Fire District for reports of an attached garage fire. Police arrived to find smoke showing from an attached garage. MCFD Car 3 arrived shortly after, confirming police reports and assumed command giving the “signal 99” working fire assignment. Liverpool Truck(LT. Santocki) with a crew of 6 quickly marked enroute and was tasked as the Rapid Intervention Team(RIT). Upon arrival the Trucks crew established RIT and assisted with fire ground operations including laddering the building. Truck 2 operated on scene for roughly an hour before returning to service.
